I got great value for my money with a spacious and clean room, plus the staff were cute and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and other attractions nearby.

The breakfast selection could definitely use more variety in pastries.

Friendly reception staff, great location, comfortable bed, decent breakfast value, excellent breakfast staff.

The staff provided really good service, particularly Victor, who was responsive to our needs. The breakfast offered excellent value and was a great start to the day.

The room had some minor issues that detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel was a gem, with a clean, spacious room and super fast wifi. I loved the easy access to the harbor and Reeperbahn. Parking below! Definitely felt more like an experience than just a stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved how close we were to the underground and the buzzing Reeperbahn. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were all really friendly. The bar area was a chill spot to hang out, but the room could've been a bit cleaner. No major complaints, though!

I was blown away by how spacious and clean my Standard Double Room was! The location is unbeatable, just a quick stroll to the buzzing Reeperbahn and picturesque harbor. Plus, the Happy Hour at the bar served up some delicious deals, cheers to that!

Spacious standard double rooms.

My experience was frustrating right from check-in. The reception staff was unhelpful and couldn't provide us with the necessary bedding for the single bed in our triple room. Even though we offered to set it up ourselves, they refused to accommodate us until the next day. To top it off, the cleaning service was inconsistent and we were often left with messy rooms. This is unacceptable for a hotel that prides itself on its service.
